Belize Unleashed was founded by locals who grew up on the water and in the ecosystems around Hopkins — a small, spirited Garifuna village tucked along Belize's southern coast. Hopkins wasn't chosen by accident. It sits at the gateway to the Belize Barrier Reef, the Sittee River, and a string of pristine coastal lagoons, making it an ideal launching point for authentic, off-the-beaten-path adventures.
Passionate about unique, adventures, Kayden, the founding owner, envisioned his tours based on his knowledgeable experience and enthusiasm for the outdoors. Focusing on small, private, professional expeditions that put guests in direct, unrushed contact with Belize's extraordinary ecosystems.

Our guides are lifelong residents of southern Belize who have spent years navigating the Belize Barrier Reef, the Sittee River corridor, and the coastal lagoons. Their knowledge isn't academic — it comes from years on the water spotting manatees, nurse sharks, crocodiles, sleeping iguanas, and the rare midnight glow of bioluminescent plankton moving just beneath the surface.
Each guide brings specific expertise: reef ecology and safe snorkeling protocol; reading tidal and weather conditions along the coast; identifying nocturnal and diurnal wildlife in mangrove tunnels and lagoon edges; and practicing responsible wildlife interaction that keeps both guests and animals safe for the duration of the tour.
